     Bay Tank can design, detail, and manufacture ASME Code Stamped Vessels and API Storage Tanks fabricated from carbon steel, 300 series stainless steel, Carpenter 20CB3, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy, Inconel, nickel, Jessop 700, and aluminium materials.
     Our highly motivated employees custom fabricate these products to comply with specific customer requirements. Qualified Procedures and welders for SAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW proceses are utilized all in accordance with ASME code Section IX and AWS. Radiographic and other nondestructive examinatins are conducted by personnel qualified in accordance with SN-TC-1A and comply with ASME code requirements. Production welding is inspected by AWS certified inspectors. Design calculations and detailed fabrication drawings are prepared by our engineering department to comply with ASME, API, and customer specifications. Our quality control department, established in accordance with ASME requirements, insures that each item is fabricated to the highest standards. Transportation is no problem from our location. We can get to your plant via truck, rail, and Port Panama City, a deep water facility located near the Gulf of Mexico here in Panama City.
